XpandedReports, Inc. was started in 2005 to help fill the need for filling the management-reporting gap for QuickBooks. Its first desktop product was introduced in 2007. The browser-based product was introduced at the Sleeter Show in Las Vegas in 2010.

Management Team

Lee Walthall, President and CEO

Lee holds BA and LLB degrees from the University of Alabama and an LLM from New York University. After being engaged in the private practice of law he served as Vice President and General Counsel of The University of Alabama in Birmingham. He is the former CEO of NationTax, a national online sales tax filing service and AlaTax, a government outsource provider of revenue collections for cities and counties.

Malcom Davis, Chief Technical Officer

Malcom holds a BS degree in engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He spent 25 years in computer software industry serving as Consultant at Maccess, Architect at Emageon, Consultant at Accenture and Contract Java Consultant/Technical Architect. 

Bonnie Nagayama, Chief QuickBooks consultant to XpandedReports

Bonnie is an Accounting graduate of Washington and Jefferson College. In addition, she has managed a practice that only provides QuickBooks products and services since 1994.

Bonnie was the recipient of the California CPA Education Foundation's 2001 Award for Instructor of Excellence, the Intuit featured Pro Advisor Spotlight and has been quoted in numerous articles and press releases on a variety of QuickBooks topics. She is a nationally known consultant, author and speaker.
