QuickBooks Reports
- Many of the reports available in QuickBooks are included in XpandedReports as a starting point.
- By using these reports you are able to jump start the process.
- Start with the reports you already know but have the flexibility to modify them in the way that is needed.
- Maybe the report in QuickBooks is ok, but you always need to export it to Excel to do a data sort, or add a calculated column.
- XpandedReports eliminates this process: Start with the reports you already know but have the flexibility to modify them in the way that is needed.
- If you need to include additional data that QuickBooks does not support, you might start with a custom transaction report and still not get the result you want.
- Start with a familiar report and simply add columns of data that are not available in QuickBooks. Then choose to change the sort, the subtotals, add calculated columns and more.
- XpandedReports eliminates the frustration and efficiency inherent with QuickBooks processes.

Expanded Reports
- The Expanded Reports are the result of customer requests that have come out of extreme frustration with QuickBooks reporting alternatives.
- These are reports not available in QuickBooks. For some, you could create them in XpandedReports yourself using the data and tools available. For others, the reports require additional logic or data from multiple sources that has been handled behind the scenes by XpandedReports.
- A few examples are an Open Purchase Order Report that actually shows the remaining balance due; a time report that includes revenue or cost calculations for work in process calculations; an Open Invoice Report with aging columns; and much more.
