SmartVault for XpandedReports |
|
XpandedReports has partnered with SmartVault, a leading provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) document storage and file sharing solutions, to integrate additional capabilities into the XpandedReports application. Customers will have the ability to save reports created in XpandedReports directly to SmartVault with the click of the mouse - streamlining the process for archiving and sharing documents and reports and saving users a significant amount of time.

With XpandedReports and SmartVault, customers can:
- Eliminate extra steps, such as uploading or emailing documents and reports-users can now save files directly to a folder in Smartvault and easily and securely share them via the Web.
- Work within a familiar interface as both solutions seamlessly integrate with Quickbooks.
- Benefit from a single document management platform to store and share all your files, not just those exported from XpandedReports.
- Access other advanced document management features in SmartVault, such as:
- Custom branded portals-allow you to quickly and securely share documents. Users see only the folders they have access to.
- SmartVault Toolbar plug in for QuickBooks - users can attach and view documents directly from records in QuickBooks.
- SmartVault Drive Mapping – interact with files and folders just like any other drive on your computer
- Simple and secure document management - store any type of file, including jpeg, .png, .avi, .wmv, .mov, , and more.

Integrating New Smart Vault Account |
For Existing Smart Vault Accounts |
XpandedReports customers can leverage the integration with SmartVault today –
Just follow these simple steps:
- Log in to XpandedReports and create a report
- Select SmartVault from the Export dialog box
- If you have a SmartVault user ID, you will be prompted to link your XpandedReports and SmartVault accounts
- If you don’t have a SmartVault account, one will automatically be created for you at no charge*
- You can then save your report directly to a folder in SmartVault
*XpandedReports customers who do not currently have a SmartVault account will be provisioned with a SmartVault Lite account, which includes 1 full access user, 10 guest users, and 25 MB of web storage. Additional users and storage can be added to the account via the SmartVault portal.
